Parking

FREE Parking is available in front of the salon, or underneath the flyover.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 Hours notice is REQUIRED. Failure to provide appropriate notice will require the FULL price of the treatment being paid upon rebooking your next appointment.

‘Gel Polish’ Services

Guarantee - Gel Polish Manicures are guaranteed for up to 7 days after your appointment. If you notice any chips or lifting in the first 7 days, please call us to schedule a FREE repair. Repairs after 7 days are chargeable. Please remember to be kind to your nails after your appointment, avoid cleaning products and washing up liquid.

Age Policy - Gel polish can only be carried out on clients who are 12-years and over.

Upon booking your Manicure/Pedicure - Please inform us if you require the removal of a previous gel, please note this can take up to 15 minutes for the removal. If you turn up to the appointment with a gel on and have not informed the salon, then we will be unable to carry out the full treatment.

Children

The Directors and all the staff at The Retreat at the Oasis Limited are unable to take the responsibility of the health and safety of any child/children brought into the salon whilst the adult undergoes a treatment. Due to this we are no longer able to accommodate children in the salon under the age of 10 unsupervised. The therapists are unable to carry out a thorough treatment if they also need to endeavour in child safety. The Retreat as a salon wishes to ensure that both you and other clients receive a relaxing stress-free treatment. We thank you for your co-operation, support and understanding in this matter.

Nail & Foot Issues

Please note we are unable to proceed with any nail/foot treatments if you suffer from athletes foot, verruca, warts and toe/nail infections.

Mobile Phones

In the interest of comfort to all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is on silent for the full duration of your time in the salon.

Gift Vouchers

Gift certificates are available for an amount or treatment/s of your choice and are valid for 3 Months. Under no circumstances can a voucher be extended, but treatments can be exchanged with a treatment of choice. Please note that vouchers can only be used on services/treatments and not retail products.

Due to COVID-19 all vouchers will be extended to December 2021
